We are offering a Part-Time position, up to 30 hours per week, with potential to increase to full-time as the business grows or based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Organizing and tracking client jobs/projects
• Processing Live Scan fingerprinting
• Providing excellent customer service and managing client relationships
• Conducting online research, utilizing tools like ChatGPT and other AI resources
• Assisting with general clerical and office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work quickly
• Strong online research skills and comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with QuickBooks (a plus)
