Job Description:
We are looking for a self-motivated individual that has an excellent work ethic who is able to adapt to different working styles and needs. The ideal candidate is responsible for receiving and processing information kits, data entry for ready to print, calendar and process contracts, Must be organized, able to prioritize and multitask with attention to detail in working shows simultaneously.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Coordinate participation at Career Fairs with employers and venue staff
• Data Entry
• Assisting with Social Media presence
• Preparing reports in Excel
• Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofreading materials going to employers
• Establishing priorities and meeting multiple deadlines
• Some travel required
Requirements:
• Excellent Organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills -- verbal and written
• Internet savvy on social media
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Some QuickBooks knowledge is a plus, but not necessary
• Type (at least) 55 words per minute
• Fluent in English
• Dependable with a Positive, Can-do, Friendly Attitude
