Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic to work closely with our DoD customer providing expert scheduling support. Applicant should be proficient in the use of M/S office applications, i.e., M/S Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project. Excellent verbal communication, written, and quantitative analytical skills are required. Familiarity with other schedule analysis tools, e.g., Primavera, PertMaster, Steelray, Milestone Pro, OnePager highly desired.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide variety of schedule management duties for the United States Air Force (USAF) and United States Space Force (USSF) Space Systems Command (SSC) programs.
- Individuals will be responsible for development and integration of program and enterprise level schedule, schedule publishing, schedule analysis, and reporting of results to senior leadership.
- Act as the liaison between SE&I, SETA Integrators, government program leads, and other functional team members as well as be the advisor to executive level management on program performance and forecasting for cutting edge military communications, navigation and intelligence satellite and ground programs.
- Work closely with Government and contractor personnel to gather data and present schedule analysis.
- Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00/Year, DOE
Skills Required
- Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience with five (10) years in support of space programs.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in engineering, business, math or the sciences.
- Systems Engineering practices and space systems development is desired.
- Must be able to work autonomously as well as within a team/collaborative environment.
- Tool experience: Extensive experience using Microsoft Project, Project Server or similar schedule tools. Analysis tools to include @Risk, FUSE, OnePager Pro, for Project Analyzer or equivalent.
- Must be proficient using MS Office Suite, and have strong verbal and written communications skills
- Extensive experience in schedule development, analysis, integration and management, preferably with the United States Air Force (USAF), comparable Department of Defense (DoD) agency, or DoD hardware contractor. DoD space acquisition experience is a plus. Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills required
- Requires proficiency with quantitative and qualitative schedule risk analysis, including Monte Carlo and Latin Hyper Cube simulation, experience using OnePager Pro, Steelray Project Analyzer or equivalent, and knowledge of the DCMA 14-Point Assessment.
- U.S. Citizenship - Active Secret clearance is required
Education
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
