Position Overview:Diamond Baseball Holdings is seeking a results-oriented sales professional to lead sponsorship and partnership efforts for three Minor League Baseball teams: the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes, Inland Empire 66ers, and Ontario Professional Baseball Club. This Regional Director, Corporate Partnerships role will focus on generating and developing sponsorship revenue across multiple product categories, including naming rights, stadium signage, in-game promotions, digital platforms, hospitality, and more. Reporting to team leadership, this role will take a hands-on approach to selling and managing sponsorship assets while collaborating with the broader DBH Sales organization to achieve local, regional, and national objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Regional Sponsorship Strategy: Develop and execute sponsorship sales strategies across the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes, Inland Empire 66ers, and Ontario Professional Baseball Club to maximize revenue and brand exposure.
- Collaborate with National Partners: Serve as a liaison with the DBH National Partnerships team, other DBH member clubs, and MiLB to share best practices and align on sales strategies.
- Prospect and Close Sponsorships: Identify, research, pitch, and secure sponsorship opportunities with local, regional, and national brands to achieve individual and department revenue goals.
- Key Partner Management: Secure and renew cornerstone partnerships in collaboration with General Managers and other team leadership.
- Package Development: Build and maintain a full suite of sponsorship assets and customized packages to meet client needs, leveraging opportunities across multiple platforms (stadium signage, digital, print, radio, hospitality, etc.).
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with sponsors by providing exceptional service and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
- Sponsorship Activation: Lead the execution and activation of all sponsorship deliverables pre-game, in-game, and post-game, ensuring seamless delivery of client benefits.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide weekly updates on sales metrics, including pipeline activity, account status, revenue goals, and sponsor engagement. Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain accurate data.
- Regional Collaboration: Communicate sponsorship goals and initiatives across the three teams and foster collaboration between local and national sales efforts.
- Community Engagement: Represent the teams in the local communities to build relationships and identify new sponsorship opportunities.
- Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations for new sponsorships and oversee the fulfillment of all sponsorship agreements.
- Upsell and Retain Clients: Renew and expand existing sponsorships to ensure long-term relationships and incremental revenue growth.
Minimum Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience:
- 5-8 years of sales and business development experience, preferably within professional sports organizations.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sponsorship sales goals and developing fully integrated sponsorship packages.
- Proven ability to manage high-profile client relationships and execute sponsorship activations.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (KORE preferred).
- Flexibility: Ability to attend home games and special events for all three teams, with minimal travel required.
- Passion: Enthusiasm for baseball and the ability to convey that passion to clients and partners.
Location:This position is based in Southern California and will require regular travel between Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernardino, and Ontario.
