Sound Interesting? Here's what you'll do: - This position will be responsible for overseeing the marketing function. The individual will be tasked with developing and executing marketing strategies and initiatives for both existing and new products.
- They will also be responsible for devising channel marketing strategies, ensuring consistent branding for CZV's product portfolio, and leading cross-functional planning activities such as forecasting and new product launches

Do you qualify? - Bachelor's Degree in marketing, related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in a marketing leadership role, with experience in multi-national manufacturing company with consumer and wholesale distribution channels
- Extensive experience with large B2B company considered with prior direct to consumer experience
- Proven success in managing diverse teams
- Management expertise, specifically the ability to motivate, inspire and develop staff to achieve their highest potential
- Optical industry experience preferred
- Experience with B2B and B2C activities
- Ability to drive results in a complex global organization and in a competitive environment
- Successful track record of creativity, innovation, and the personal flexibility to respond to emerging business realities
- Team player who understands the necessity of both collaboration with and coordination of various interests in a matrix management environment
- Takes a hands-on approach to the design and implementation of market strategy
- Derives satisfaction from the management of a very complex portfolio of activities in a fast-moving and highly competitive environment
- Demonstrated skills in leadership, communication, analytics, problem solving and creativity; strong record of results and achievement
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills, Bilingual English & French an asset
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proven track record in project management, including managing contributions of remote teams
- Ability to travel (domestic 15-25%, international 5-10%)
- Experience working with Microsoft suite of products and other mainstream productivity apps (TEAMS, MIRO, ZOOM, SalesForce, etc.p
