Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) LeaderAccountable for delivering a balanced demand & supply plan across the supply chain by aligning volume and mix with capacity and capability and integrating global financial and operating plans with strategic objectives to deliver improved sourcing, operating and financial results.
Key Responsibilities- Define MPS : Manage the aggregation of the demand plan from 0-24 months interact with sales, marketing, and finance to understand demand forecast drivers
- Work closely with Sales and Business Unit on planning and executing the ramp-up and ramp-down products and making the connection with Demand & Inventory planning
- Create End to End Scenario Planning to be able to commit supply as per the available capacity and components and assess the impact on customer service
- Be responsible to define inventory planning strategy to optimize P&L performance
- Responsible for leading the recovery when demand exceeds capacity.
- Identify significant business risks and propose mitigation plan to the leadership teams Manpower / machines / RM needs
- Follow SIOP planning processes and ensures that all plants adopt and implement standard business planning practices.
- Clearly and concisely communicates with all business partners by simplifying complex situations enabling rapid decision-making and forward progress.
- ERP data integrity : production KPI / BL / Sales
- Along with Plant Manager ensure manufacturing shortages are declared accordingly and effectively managed.
