Job Description:
We are looking for a Korean-English Bilingual Cafeteria Manager to support our operations and expansion in Korean-speaking markets. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in cafeteria management, working closely with the principal, and kitchen manager, this role includes responsibilities such as managing the Point of Sale (POS) system, updating menus, handling bills, inventory management, and ordering goods. The candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that the cafeteria functions efficiently and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Korean-speaking clients and partners.
- Translate business documents, reports, and communications between Korean and English.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage and organize files, documents, and correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate parties.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Perform general office tasks, including photocopying, faxing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in a cafeteria manager role.
- Fluency in both Korean and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cafeteria management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
