Job Description:
Olympic Fruit and Vegetable is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry/Customer
Service Representative for our 3rd shift operations. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in
maintaining accurate records, processing customer orders, and ensuring smooth
communication with our clients and internal teams during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately input and update customer orders, invoices, and inventory records
into the database.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication
platforms during the 3rd shift.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions to ensure customer
satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams to verify order statuses and
resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports related to orders, inventory, and deliveries.
• Maintain organized and accurate records of all customer transactions.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed during overnight operations.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles, preferably in the food
or produce industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with database
management systems.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced
environment.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Willingness to work 3rd shift hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
