We're looking for a Manager, Enterprise Data Management
This role is Hybrid, Dublin, CA OfficeWe are seeking a seasoned Manager for our Enterprise Data Management team to spearhead initiatives that fortify our data handling practices across a B-to-B SaaS environment. This role is pivotal in establishing an enduring Enterprise Data Management governance framework that sets the standard for data quality, consistency, and utilization across the enterprise, thereby driving business value and supporting ongoing and future data-related projects.
In This Role, You Will…
- Data Management Leadership: Lead enterprise-wide data management initiatives, focusing on improving master data management, data quality, and governance across functional areas.
- Project Execution: Execute projects and support production efforts in automating current business processes and cleanups related to data management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing, Field Ops, Rev Ops, IT, HR and Finance teams to assess and prioritize business needs; liaise with key stakeholders to address data quality, completeness, and management requirements.
- Global Compliance & Integrity: Drive adherence to global data compliance and integrity standards, working closely with business leaders to ensure compliance and develop improvement projects.
- Automation & Process Improvement: Advise on and guide the development of automated scripts and solutions for business processes, including the management of master data across our systems landscape.
- Documentation & Adoption: Contribute to and maintain enterprise data management documentation, ensuring its adoption and approval across various functions.
- Define and Establish practices, documentation and operational processes for data governance, data lineage, and ownership and governance for critical data elements (CDEs).
- Help Rationalize existing data enrichment and cleansing tools across departments to maximize value, eliminate redundancies, and improve data quality.
You have what it takes if you have…
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT or Sales Ops, with a focus on CRM master data and transactional data in SaaS environments.
- Strong grasp of data quality, profiling, duplication rules, and their impact on reporting and dashboards.
- Proficient understanding of pipeline and forecast reporting, customer segmentation, territory management, and their interplay with master data quality.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM data management, with exposure to employee and ERP data management.
- Capability to extract data from systems like Salesforce, utilizing SQL or front-end reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of engaging effectively with IT, Marketing, Finance, HR, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Curiosity and technical understanding of data structures and databases.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment, providing leadership and guidance when needed.

The starting salary for the successful applicant will depend on several job-related factors, including education, training, experience, certifications, location, business needs, and market demands.
