Flour House is a national award winning, family-owned restaurant in San Luis Obispo, CA. We specialize in authentic Pizza Napoletana and other southern Italian inspired cuisine. We are seeking to hire a new Pizzaiolo (artisan pizza chef). Some experience with making wood-fired pizza is required. Although specific experience with Napoletana style pizza is preferred, it is not required. We are willing to train the right individual.

Job duties will include daily prep and service cooking on our Stefano Ferrara woodfire pizza oven. Starting wages will be based on previous experience. This is a part-time position with possibility of increasing to full-time in the near future. Specific hours can be discussed upon application.
Ideal applicants will be hard-working and respectful towards learning the craft. Full availability is a plus.
