Executive Assistant – WOW: Women of Wrestling
Location: Long Beach, CA (Local candidates preferred)
Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
WOW – Women of Wrestling is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Executive Assistant to support our CEO during all stages of production: pre-production preparation, on-set filming, and post-production activities. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth execution of our operations and requires a blend of traditional assistant skills and modern technological proficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct support to the CEO during filming production and associated activities.
• Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and arranging meetings.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
• Set up and manage Zoom and Google Meeting calls, ensuring smooth virtual communication.
• Take clear and actionable meeting notes for distribution.
• Use AI tools effectively for tasks such as research and efficiency improvements.
• Create visually appealing and professional PowerPoint presentations as needed.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure deadlines and priorities are met.
• Handle other administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as required.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an executive or administrative assistant.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their practical applications.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with both digital and manual filing systems.
• Experience in production environments is a plus.
• Availability to work in Long Beach, CA, or willingness to travel as needed.
