WOW – Women Of Wrestling is looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor with expertise in DaVinci Resolve to join our post-production team. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and visually engaging content that represents the WOW brand. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through video. Expertise in cutting trailers and promotional videos is a big plus.
Responsibilities:
• Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, high-quality content using DaVinci Resolve.
• Collaborate with the production and creative teams to ensure content aligns with the WOW brand.
• Add effects, graphics, transitions, and audio enhancements to elevate video production.
• Color grade and correct footage for visual consistency and impact.
• Organize and manage media assets efficiently.
• Meet deadlines for various projects, including trailers, promotional videos, and social media content.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical editing issues.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve is a must.
• Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio of work.
• Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
• Familiarity with video formats, codecs, and export settings.
• Experience in color grading and audio editing.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to take direction and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Passion for pro wrestling, entertainment, or sports is a plus.
