**Job Requirements:**
- Proven experience in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of safety procedures and proper handling of welding equipment
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Welding certification is a plus but not required
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform welding tasks on a variety of materials, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
- Inspect completed work for quality and precision
- Troubleshoot and repair damaged equipment as needed
**Pay:**
