Position Overview: As an HOA Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of homeowner associations. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining positive relationships with homeowners, board members, and vendors, while ensuring the effective management of all community-related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned HOAs, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Collaborate with HOA boards to develop and implement strategic plans for community improvement.
Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial reports, and reserves planning.
Coordinate and attend regular board meetings, presenting updates and recommendations.
Oversee property maintenance and vendor contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Enforce community rules and regulations with fairness and consistency.
Facilitate communication between residents, board members, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
CCAM (Certified Community Association Manager) or CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation a plus.
Proven experience in property management, real estate, or related fields.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
