What We're Looking For:
Castle Breckenridge is in search of a full-time Responsible Management Employee to lead our dynamic Maintenance Division. The ideal candidate will possess an active contractor license, boast at least 5 years of maintenance experience, and embody professionalism, friendliness, engagement, attention to detail, proactive follow-up, and self-starting qualities. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and industry-related software is a must, along with exceptional time management skills and the ability to work independently.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, automate, and oversee scheduled maintenance for properties managed by CBM
- Conduct property walk-throughs, creating detailed reports guiding board members through upcoming maintenance and repairs
- Train facilities team members on safety and compliance policies and procedures
- Estimate, professionally document, present, and consult on project costs, including materials, permits, time, and labor
- Provide content for project bids and agreements
- Secure necessary drawings, documentation, and permits for projects
- Inspect work in progress and completed projects to ensure high-quality control standards
- Collaborate with Office Support on scheduling and billing for completed projects
- Analyze the financial profitability of the division and make recommendations
- Supervise the performance of Facilities Maintenance and Repair team members (employees and contractors)
- Assess the facilities' wellness of new and existing properties and provide recommendations
