Job Title: Shipping, Packing, Office Administration.
Primary duties include but are not limited to: Final Quality Control, preparing, packing and shipping by FedEx, UPS and USPS. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Most of our products average roughly 4 pounds, but larger orders can be quite heavy at times. Once trained, this portion of the job would be approximately half time (15 - 25 hrs/week).
Opportunity to grow into a shipping + administrative role which would include invoicing, customer service - email and phone, sales, order entry, light book keeping, quality/product control could potentially be another 10-15 hours a week if interested. Not a requirement.
Duties may vary and GROW according to experience and the goals of the individual. It’s of the utmost importance that the candidate sincerely likes helping people; our business has been built on high quality products and outstanding customer service.
Hours of operation: Monday/Friday 8:00-5:30 - exact schedule TBD once initial training period completed. Flexible schedule - literally make your own hours as long as the work gets done in between our shop hours.
Compensation: Dependent on experience - $18-$25 with a preliminary 3 month fully paid training period.
Skills Desired:
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Computer literate, MS Office, internet, Google Chrome,
• QuickBooks (a Plus)
• Graphics software or CAD experience (a Plus)
• Ability to measure and visualize 3-dimensionally
• Data entry skills
• Familiarity with Musical Gear: amplifiers, speakers, etc. (a Plus)
• Ability to multi-task and change gears with accuracy
• Extremely organized, strong prioritization skills
• Great attention to detail
• Self starter with problem solving skills
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Sense of humor ALWAYS a Plus!
