SUMMARY
Cleans and maintains all hotel public areas (i.e. lobby, restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, etc.) to meet established cleanliness and quality standards and assists with housekeeping duties as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to guests' requests such as delivery of housekeeping supplies in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist housekeepers as needed with linens, mattresses, emptying laundry carts and cleaning rooms.
• Monitor and control supplies and amenities, and minimize waste within all areas of housekeeping.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
