These initiatives range from large-scale days of service like MLK Day for 2,000 volunteers to 50-100 person customized hands-on activities like murals, gardening, crafting, and beautification projects at schools and nonprofit organizations.
This is a strong, experienced team with years of experience and established processes in place. We are seeking a flexible, creative, and entrepreneurial leader to ensure high-quality event planning and delivery while aligning corporate goals with impactful community engagement.
The role of the next Director will be to strategically grow the department, taking it (and the organization along with it) to its next level by building relationships with existing corporate partners, forming new partnerships with vendors ensuring low material cost, and encouraging the team to identify interesting and important volunteer activities for the corporate volunteers to complete.
