We are looking for a skilled and charismatic Bartender to deliver an exceptional beverage experience to our guests. You will craft expertly mixed drinks, share your knowledge of our award-winning bourbon selections, and provide warm Southern hospitality to every guest. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide food and beverage service to all guests at the bar
- Complete understanding of all food and beverage items
- Check identification of customers to verify they are of legal drinking age.
- Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and ensure compliance with all local and state regulations.
- Take orders from serving staff or directly from customers
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes
- Peel, slice and pit fruit safely for garnishing drinks
- TAM and ACT Certified and guidelines followed to ensure no guests are overserved
Requirements:
- Able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar is required.
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, classic cocktails, and beverage trends.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
-Certification from BarSmarts, WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, Certified beer server or any other professional beverage certifications preferred
