Simple Commission Brackets:
▣ 100% Commission for Agents that Close 10+ Transactions or Volume of $7,000,000+ Yearly
▣ 90% Commission for Agents that Close 6+ Transactions or Volume of $4,000,000+ Yearly
▣ 80% Commission for New Agents or Agents that Close under 6 Transactions or Volume of under $4,000,000 Yearly
▪ $499 Admin Fee per Transaction
▪ $99 E&O Fee per transaction (Waived if Agent has their own E&O policy)
Duties:
Real Estate Agents:
– Assist clients in buying and selling
– Stay informed about the local real estate market trends
– Conduct property showings and open houses
– Negotiate contracts and terms of sales
– Provide excellent customer service to build long-lasting relationships
Mortgage Loan Originators:
– Assist clients with getting a mortgage loan, we offer Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, USDA, HELOC, Cash Out Home Equity 2nds, Land/Lot Loans, Commercial, DSCR, Non-QM, Bank Statements, P&L, ITIN loans, etc.
– Stay informed and up to date with Mortgage Lending Guidelines market trends
– Provide excellent customer service to build long-lasting relationships
Experience:
– New Agents welcome
– Strong organizational skills
– Ability to communicate effectively with clients
– Must have a CA DRE License for Real Estate
– Must have a CA DRE License and NMLS for Mortgage Loan Origination
