If talking to people comes naturally to you, if you are not afraid of commission sales, have a good work ethic, good personality, present well and a hustle mentality, you will easily be consistently earning $800 to $1200 a week within a month or two, maybe from the very first week. If you’re as good as you think you are, I will make you great money. Not hyperbole, just a fact. I’ve done it for scores of sales reps over the decades. In our heyday, we had 14 trucks with a salesforce of 15-25 guys out there. I would like to rebuild my company and go out with a bang! Help me do that and I will reward you handsomely. As your customer base grows, obviously so will your income. A top producer could earn $1500-$2000 or more per week within a few months. More as years go by. It’s not as much canvassing as targeting… we drive through an upscale neighborhood, and we pick out the houses that “look good” or I will very often drop you off at former customers homes that may have slipped through the cracks (We have tons of those after all these years.) I also have hundreds, actually a few thousand inactive customers with phone numbers, in case you’re good on the phone. We mix it up. There are endless possibilities for the right person(s).
Your job is so simple, you knock on their door, spend a few minutes building rapport, then coax them out to just browse our products at our freezer truck which will be parked outside their house or down the street and you have done your job. No closing… bring them out and I will take over, close the sale (most of the time), and you will get 20% of the sale. We even give you a great hook (bribe) to help convince the prospect to just come out and take a look… a couple of our incredibly delicious, Wagyu Hamburgers for free.
It gets better… every new or reactivated customer automatically gets a FREE BOX of those same Wagyu Hamburgers, a $106 value. While I am showing them our amazing foods, you will knock on their neighbor’s doors and try to get your next “show.” In the 15 minutes or so that I am working with them, you may have a prospect, maybe 2 lined up waiting for me to pull up to their house. It’s fun, upbeat, great energy and has worked for decades. A single day’s efforts can make you 3-5 new customers and a few hundred dollars, sometimes over $1,000 in a day for just walking and talking.
Folks love our food and many of these new customers become regular buyers. Repeat sales are often as easy as a quick text or phone call telling them that you will be in their area. As a repeat customer you will earn 15% commission every time they buy again for as long as you are part of the company. Our average sale is usually $300-$500 dollars, with sales from $500-$1000 happening quite often, occasionally reaching $1500 -$2,000 and more.
Getting referrals from them helps build your customer base. Many will be excited and refer their neighbors and friends before they even try the food. We have a referral program that may even entice them to refer us to folks even if they themselves do not buy. They will earn 10% commissions for a year on anyone they refer and on anyone that their referrals refer, they will earn 5% and one more time, an additional 5% if those referrals, refer us to a customer. We are not looking for used-car-salesman-like, pushy sales reps. That is so not us. It is a soft sell, you are not trying to convince anyone to sign a contract, buy a freezer or purchase enough food to feed an army. After awhile, it is not so much developing a customer base as much as servicing your customers on an ongoing basis. Many, many folks have been buying from us for 20, 30, even 40 years! Think of this as your own business, building a client base that you develop, nurture, and grow old with. For walking and talking!! No experience necessary. Fresh air. Exercise. Cool, fun job.
