Position Overview: 

Hunter's Fund seeks a Telephone Relations Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will connect with our valued donors by calling to express gratitude for their contributions, sharing the impact of their generosity, and fostering lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make timely thank-you calls to donors to express gratitude for their contributions.
Share the mission of Hunter's Fund to deepen donor engagement.
Actively listen to donors, address their questions, and document feedback.
Cultivate meaningful relationships to strengthen donor connections to our mission.
Accurately log donor interactions and update donor records in our database.

Qualifications:

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Prior experience in sales, customer service, fundraising, or donor relations is a plus.
Strong, active listening and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience or ability to use donor databases.
Inspired by Hunter's Fund’s mission and ability to convey it effectively.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
