Job Description:Logistics Analyst Advisor
Logistics Analyst Advisor to support Surface Ship Torpedo Defense (SSTD) Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) requirements for US Navy and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) shipboard installations.
- Be responsible for SSTD Configuration Management (CM) support using iPDM, CDMD-OA, CIDMS and other pertinent Logistics/Configuration Management Systems.
- Develop and submit RMMCO packages, POA&Ms, Engineering Change Orders, Ship Alterations, and Ship Change documentation in support of SSTD systems alterations and installations.
- Maintain APLs, AELs, SFTXRICS, ILS Certifications, CDMD-OA COP Files, RMMCO Administrative Packages, Training Rosters, System Equipment Audits, Configuration Baseline Risk Forms, ICDs, SCDs (ECs, SA, or TEMPALTs) in support of SSTD systems alterations and installations.
- Confirm all logistics requirements for shipboard installation activities, including ship pre-installation checks, quality assurance workbooks, documentation of ship changes (ECs, ICDs, SCDs), INCO including ship pre-installation checks and document problems
- Participate in shipyard planning conferences in support of ship's availabilities.
- Collaborate with other Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) team members in the development, production and distribution of SSTD, ILS documentation materials within GDIT and to government representatives.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in any field (additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree).
Qualifications
- Minimum of eight years' experience supporting ILS requirements in support of US Navy shipboard installations and alterations.
- Background supporting Configuration Management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat software applications
- Previous US Navy ASW background preferred, but not required.

The likely salary range for this position is $83,429 - $106,950. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
