We are looking for a reliable Bar Security host lead to ensure the safety and security of our patrons and staff.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, be able to handle potentially volatile situations calmly and effectively, and be dedicated to maintaining a safe and secure environment
Responsibilities:
* Monitoring and controlling access at entrances and exits
* Checking identification to verify the age of patrons
* Patrolling the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or undesirable behavior
* Resolving disputes or conflicts among patrons
* Enforcing bar rules and regulations to maintain order among patrons
* Responding to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and patrons
* Coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
* Reporting any security issues or concerns to management
* Maintaining a high visibility presence to deter illegal actions
* Ensuring the bar’s compliance with all local and state laws regarding alcohol service and consumption
Qualifications
* Proven work experience as a Security lead Host or similar role
* Guard Card Certified
* Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures
* Proficient in English
* Strong integrity and professionalism
* High school diploma is preferred
