Music School is looking to fill a couple of teaching positions. Namely, piano, guitar and drums.
We teach students of all ages and levels. Various part-time schedules are available, most teaching occurs in afternoons, evenings, and weekends. We need professional reliable teachers who can teach MULTIPLE instruments.
Please ONLY apply if you are able to teach piano and one additional instrument (at least two, up to an intermediate level) any combination of piano, drums or guitar.
Please keep in mind that we DO NOT hire instructors who can only teach one instrument.
Our teaching is set around personalized music instruction in a one-on-one setting with children and adults of all ages.
Ideal Candidate:
-Experience teaching private one-on-one in-person lessons
-Professionalism in all areas including dress, punctuality, organization, and communication
-Love of children and teaching
-Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
-Ability to teach a specific schedule each week without the need to reschedule regularly
-Upbeat, outgoing, and encouraging, ability to think outside the box and be creative
- Is local and does not have any travel plans that would prohibit you from providing lessons weekly
Degree in Music Education Required
Teaching to start within a few weeks if not sooner
12-month contract required
