As a Cleaning Staff member, you will be responsible for ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization, providing our clients with a pristine and comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties at residential and commercial locations, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and maintain floors, bathrooms, kitchens, windows, and all other areas as specified by the client.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to maintain the safety and cleanliness of spaces.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while working on-site.
- Communicate effectively with clients to meet their specific cleaning needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity when interacting with clients and team members.
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but not required; we are happy to train the right candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent work.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between client locations.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, is a must.
- Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and team members.
