Job OverviewThe Regional Director, Foods oversees all assigned operational results, driving success through strategic planning and fostering a positive work environment. They develop Regional Managers and Unit Leaders to meet and exceed all Food Division goals and objectives.
What You Will Do - Follow and ensure the team adheres to Food Division Best Practices.
- Recruit, hire, and provide ongoing training for all food executives and hourly colleagues.
- Support the development of people leaders by communicating company and regional objectives, participating in strategic talent reviews and succession planning, and facilitating annual and mid-year reviews following the company's check-in process.
- Manage operations for a designated region and/or area of expertise.
- Ensure the execution of all partner brand standards.
- Strategically plan and implement current company and divisional initiatives.
- Conduct food division assessments to ensure operations meet professional food service standards.
- Achieve monthly, seasonal, and annual fiscal objectives.
- Use the Deep Dive Process to assess Food Safety and Operational Practices in each unit.
- Partner with the Central Food Service Team, Purchasing, and suppliers to maintain appropriate fresh food inventories and support new products and promotions.
- Oversee the new store opening process to ensure alignment with company brand standards.
- Provide feedback on tools, menus, and operational processes to enhance future brand openings and business practices.
- Ensure teams effectively utilize all food division systems and tools.
- Implement regional health and sanitation standards, safety measures, customer service initiatives, and promotions in collaboration with the Central Food Service team.
- Collaborate with store partners on regional and company business strategies, including staffing, retention, colleague development, and driving business results.
- Build and maintain supportive relationships within the division and with key regional management.
- In addition to the essential duties mentioned above, other duties may be assigned.

- Candidates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply.
- This position requires heavy lifting, constant moving, remaining in a stationary position, and reaching with arms and hands. Involves remaining in a stationary position for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 30 lbs. stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. May involve reaching above eye level. Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
