Vocational school in Woodland Hills, is seeking an Assistant Office Manager to run a very busy office and school. Must have strong experience in every aspect of Office Management, including:
* Knowledge of QuickBooks
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel; Email and Internet Research Skills
* Must be able to multi-task
* Must be professional and courteous at all times
* Maintain various databases
* Maintain office/student supplies
* Outstanding English proficiency-both written and verbal
* Answer phones, greet visitors, make presentations to training classes, enroll students, etc.
* Must be self-motivated, organized, a self-starter, and have good communications in general.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- College Degree a plus
- Self Motivated
- Strong Data Entry Skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and work independently
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
