About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing deals for residential and/or commercial roofing projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies (e.g., door-to-door canvassing, cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach).
Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
Sales & Customer Relationship Building:
Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide personalized solutions to customer roofing needs.
Prepare and present professional proposals and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process.
Project Management & Support:
Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
Address customer concerns and resolve any issues promptly.
Provide regular updates to management on sales progress and performance.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Proficiency in CRM software (preferred).
