We are seeking a Customer Service pro to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing friendly service assisting customers with their U-Haul rentals and refilling propane bottles.
Responsibilities:
Schedule rentals for U-Haul
Provide information about U-Haul products and services
Connect and disconnect trailers
Clean inside and outside of equipment
Document equipment condition and update customer records
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Refill propane containers
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Able to read, create and send emails
