DMCE Concrete and Engineering Contractors
-Must have Construction office management experience
-Payroll-(Private, State Prevailing/Davis Bacon)-including all related reports
-Proficient in Quick books, MS Word, Excel, Office 365, Outlook, Drop box and One drive
-Able to fix/trouble shoot minor computer and printer issues
-Accounting (Accrual and Cash basis) and Job costing a plus
-Proficient with the internet and website maintenance
-Property taxes
-Human resources
-Insurance and vehicle registration
-Admin for DOORS and CARB programs
-Construction project management (Assist in ALL bid invites, making bid files in the drop box, sending out bid requests and posting jobs bidding on white board)
-Print plans and specs and load into drop box
-Set up job files in to drop box AND binders, log/send out all submittals and shop drawings
-Create thorough scopes of work and update regularly
-Create and send out Change Orders
-Need to be pleasant to work with AND a team player
