Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients and understanding their styling needs.
* Perform hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments, while ensuring sanitation and safety standards are met.
* Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
* Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and cosmetology techniques.
* Assist in retail sales of hair care products and promote services to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
* Proficiency in hair styling techniques and trends
* Knowledge of sanitation and safety practices in a salon environment
* Background in cosmetology and barbering
