The opportunity
As an Administrative Assistant for Funk Chiropractic, you’ll be responsible for providing a professional, caring, and supportive outward face for the company. You will handle standard clerical front office tasks and ensure that our patients have a smooth experience with our practice.
You will also answer phones, complete and file paperwork, and conduct patient intakes. You'll also assist with some of the patient care needs. Additionally you will be expected to schedule patients and enter data into electronic health records. You’ll have the opportunity to grow with us, and work with patients in our practice.
This role is part time, about 25-30 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday and half days on Friday; we are closed every weekend.
Nice to have:
• Experience in a chiropractic, dental or medical setting
• Fluent in Spanish
