Reporting into the Americas RD&S organization, the Manager is responsible for supporting the evolution of IBP maturity, both from process and capability perspectives, developing reporting insights on demand, both from volume and NTS perspectives, and informing digital capability building. This role also will support Americas RD&S leadership teamin strategy development and roadmap creation to ensure SC will continue to be aligned with business priorities. The Manager will partner across IM SC (i.e., VCM, Deliver) to build value driven outputs for region.
Key Responsibilities: - Establish robust procedure and governance to drive continued IBP maturity in NA/LATAM, with focus on level set best practices in IBP 5-step process
- Review IBP outcomes and highlight key-topics affecting (+/-) business objectives
- Structure framework to inform leadership on variations, line-up finance cycles, and summarize info to commercial partners
- Establish processes and build solutions to improve management and access to data in partnership with RD&S GPEX team
- Provide performance transparency through standard dashboards, insights generation and performance review governance
- Partner across regions to help inform benchmark in performance and critical metrics to map out best in class practices
- Apply FPX and strong project leadership to deliver results on-time and provide timely updates to management
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ensure accuracy in information presented
- Prioritize and manage multiple complex simultaneous tasks and projects
- Lead team based on CREDO values, focusing on DEI initiatives while supporting their development and growth within the company
- Lead cross-functional teams and help shape early-in-career pipeline for RD&S team
QualificationsEducation: - Minimum of a Bachelor's/University or equivalent degree is required; advanced degree or MBA and/or focused degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business or Analytics preferred
Experience and Skills:Required: - Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience
- Supply Chain or Logistics experience
- Strong analytical skills including experience with Power BI
- Demonstrated end-to-end thinking and learning agility
- Experience leading/managing projects or initiatives
- Ability to manage partnerships at local, regional, and global levels, including cross-functionally
Preferred: - Experience with agile methodology, (i.e., Scrum or Kanban)
- Experience with Commercial, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and/or Commercial Quality
Other: - Requires proficiency in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively and professionally; proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is helpful
- May require up to 25% travel, domestic and/or international
- Requires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000 USD to $172,500 USD.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
