ECG’s Corporate Operations team has 100-plus employees associated with ECG offices across the country. These team members keep the business running, manage payroll and benefits offerings, ensure deliverables are high quality, hire and train employees, market our services, streamline business processes, and much more. Corporate Operations departments include Administrative Services, Business Development, Document Production Center, Finance, Human Resources (which includes Recruiting and Learning & Development), IT, and Marketing.
Your Opportunity with ECG: Employee Experience and Events Coordinator
As an Employee Experience and Events Coordinator at ECG, you will play a key role in coordinating our firmwide retreats, partner with leadership on creating consistent and memorable experiences for our employees located throughout the country. At ECG, no two days or projects are alike, which means you’ll have a lot to learn and plenty of support to help you succeed.
Your Responsibilities May Include
- Event coordination and logistics management of all firmwide retreats, including identifying potential locations, event logistics and communications, budget management, collaboration on agenda creation, on-site event management, and all postevent duties.
- Supporting meeting planning efforts for division and department retreats throughout the calendar year.
- Supporting the coordination of firmwide meetings.
- Maintenance of meeting supplies, including inventorying, restocking, and sourcing as needed.
- Virtual meeting support through Microsoft Teams.
- Partnering with leadership to define a consistent and memorable experience in how we gather for all employees. This will include creating standard guidelines for office events such as holiday parties, summer events, and community engagement.
- Designing and facilitating appreciation programs for our employees (e.g., employee appreciation, anniversaries, retirement, promotion, sympathy).
Our Expectations of You
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, human resources, marketing, communications, or related field from an accredited university
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in meeting and event coordination (venue sourcing, contracting, budget management, logistics and on-site management) for large meetings or events with a minimum of 50 participants.
- Hospitality or office support experience in a service-oriented or customer-centric environment
- Strong project management and organization skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint) and an ability to quickly learn and understand other company applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills including a demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively connect with others; viewed as approachable and as a responsive resource for employees and leaders
- Experience in operating with a high level of autonomy
- Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
- Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% of time and work overtime as needed.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $39.42 - $41.83 hourly. It represents a good faith estimate of the range that ECG reasonably expects to pay at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to years of experience, special skills, and market changes. The job is eligible to participate in ECG’s benefit plans, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage; a 401(k) matching program; PTO; and other wellness programs.
