Job Description:
A leading software company seeks an IT Operations Engineer to support IT infrastructure and ensure system reliability. Key responsibilities include managing and resolving Jira tickets, maintaining hardware and software systems, monitoring and optimization, and collaborating with teams on deployments and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Certification in ITIL, CompTIA or equivalent
- 3+ years in IT operations or system administration.
- Proficiency in Jira and IT infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS and cloud platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
