Key Qualifications:
• Extensive knowledge of pre-grade, foundation, and framing work.
• Experience with heavy equipment operation is a strong plus.
• Strong leadership skills to supervise and motivate team members.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• A commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and execute foundation and framing projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to meet deadlines and expectations.
• Operate and supervise the use of heavy equipment (if applicable).
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Train and mentor crew members to deliver high-quality results.
