We are a growing home improvement company based in Roseville, CA and we're looking to fill 3 positions.
1. Canvass Team Manager (Full Time) - We need someone with experience in this role, who can take on the task of developing a door to door team from the ground up.
Must have:
*Strong Leadership Skills
*Ability to source candidates, interview, onboard and train new canvassers
*Keep canvassers motivated and excited to help homeowners while out in the field
*Monitor canvassers on their routes
Compensation: Base pay of $20-$30/hr plus generous commissions
2. Lead Setters (2 positions available FT/PT) - This position does not require any experience however it is welcome.
Must have:
*A positive energy that is contagious over the phone.
*Good verbal and written communication skills
*Good computer skills, we mostly work with google suite applications (google calendar, sheets, docs etc)
*Motivation and drive to excel in this field
Compensation: Base pay of $16.50-$20/hr plus generous commissions
