McCall’s Meat & Fish Company (Atwater Village) is looking to add a full-time FOH / Customer Service employee to our team!
McCall’s specializes in fine meats and seafood, but we also offer a wide variety of specialty products such as wine and beer, fresh pastas, imported cheeses, and locally-sourced produce from the farmers market. We are looking for hard-working people who appreciate good food, love to cook, and work well with anybody.
Skills/Requirements
•Deliver warm customer service that maintains the charm of the local neighborhood butcher shop/take the extra mile to engage with the customer
•Food and beverage knowledge (knowledge in proteins is a must)
•Able to work full time
•Able to work well under pressure
•Provide accurate and helpful information regarding cooking methods and product information to guests
•Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
•Light cutting of meat and fish (no experience in cutting? we will teach you!)
•California food handler card or ServSafe certificate
•A positive attitude
