Full Time Dental Insurance and Treatment Coordinator-
We're searching for a compassionate person with high motivation and enjoys all aspects of patient care and treatment in the Dental setting to join our Salem Team. Must be energetic with a great attitude, empathy and impeccable work ethic.
This is for a full-time position (M-F).
Our entire team is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and providing an exceptional patient experience. We look for ways to set each other up for success while giving our patients an exceptional customer service experience. We provide full general dentistry, hygiene and services ranging from removable prosthetics, like dentures and partials, to oral surgeries with IV sedation, implants, bone grafts, extractions, and more.
The Insurance/Treatment Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring we have the patient's updated insurance information, verifying insurance benefits, creating/sending claims, and giving a best estimate of the patient's out of pocket expense. You will also assist the Office Manager in presenting treatment plans and scheduling patients. You will help in making sure the most organized and professional dental service is being provided. In this role, you will lead by example and motivate the office team by exemplifying our company's vision, mission, values and culture. The ideal candidate will be a leader, eager in becoming proficient in this role, someone who can effectively manage the day-to-day operations in the absence of the Office Manager (OM), and who can assist the OM with a variety of tasks such as all areas of insurance, supporting the front office staff, preparing and presenting treatment plans, and be able to support a culture that values each patient and each team member as unique individuals who are all working together toward the same goal.
Our next team member must be positive in nature, a great communicator and have the skill set to work independently as well as in a team environment. In order to be successful in this position, you must have strong multi-tasking skills, and be able to prioritize tasks.
Our Salem location is a Specialty Practice with a 40-year foundation and reputation of superb patient care and quality product.
Requirements include, but not limited to:
2 Years Dental Office Experience (and 1-year Dental Insurance preferred)
Strong Leadership (not optional)
Well Organized and Good Communicator
Superb Patient Care, Positive and Team Orientated
Ability to multi-task while remaining efficient
Proficient in Word/Excel
Stays positive in a high stress environment
Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred
