Full time/part time needed
We are looking for an experienced, motivated individual to fill our maintenance position
Responsibilities:
General upkeep/maintenance of all rooms and property when required.
Upkeep of property grounds. Keeping parking lot and grounds presentable to guests, as well as sidewalk snow removal during the winter.
Maintaining the pool. Checking the levels to make sure they are within parameters and adjusting when needed.
Steam cleaning carpets, painting, caulking, basic plumbing and repairs.
We are looking for a self starter with good time management skills willing to put in the extra effort to make our guest's experience memorable and comfortable. Previous hotel maintenance experience is a plus but with general knowledge and a wide ranged skill set we would be happy to have you on our team.
