The JobThe Manager, Marketing Operations contributes to marketing department efficiency and effectiveness by identifying and executing process improvement initiatives. The Regulated Communications team reports to the Manager, who is responsible for ensuring that that all annual benefit and selling materials are delivered within schedule and budget. This includes playing a key role in overseeing the process for content development, compliance, design and production.
You WillPlans and executes a wide range of marketing operations projects in support of the annual business plan.
Optimizes operational processes in the Marketing Dept., including developing and enforcing appropriate systems, policies, and procedures by applying process improvement and project management expertise.
Manages the Regulated Communications team by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results, and by counseling and coaching employees.
Oversees the annual regulated and selling materials project by providing direction to team members and managing external vendor relationships. This includes process documentation and the annual after action review process.
Is accountable for the Regulated Communications department budget by providing oversight of monthly accruals and reconciliation and reporting the current budget state and raising issues that impact the budget.
Oversees the operations of material distribution for regulated materials, member mailings and Sales and Marketing Materials to the Sales Channel.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Supervises/Manages Others (i.e. hires, performance reviews, corrective action, etc.)
All other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years' experience in marketing project management in healthcare setting.
- 2-3 years of previous management experience required.
