The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Probate and Trust Litigation Paralegal to guide our clients through the intricacies of estate administration and trust litigation. Whether you’re currently working at a probate firm or looking to supplement your income, this role offers an exciting chance to leverage your expertise, network, and industry insight to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
🌿 Estate Administration:
Document Preparation: Draft and file probate judicial council forms, petitions, inventories, and accountings.
Asset Management: Collaborate with clients to gather and organize information on the decedent’s assets and debts.
Communication: Act as a liaison between beneficiaries, creditors, and court personnel.
Distribution: Assist in distributing assets to beneficiaries (no magical heirlooms required).
⚖️ Trust Litigation:
Legal Research: Conduct trust law research and analyze case law.
Document Drafting: Prepare motions, supporting papers, and pleadings for trust litigation cases.
Case Management: Maintain organized, indexed, and up-to-date case files.
Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to collect essential information and provide case updates.
Trial Preparation: Assist in trial prep, including organizing exhibits and maintaining a strategic edge.
What We’re Looking For
Education: Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent education/experience.
Skills: Proficiency in legal research tools, case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong written and verbal communication. Exceptional attention to detail in legal form preparation and document review.
Professionalism: Discretion, confidentiality, and integrity are essential. Trust is key (and can’t be reforged once broken).
Bonus Points: Experience in estate administration and trust litigation.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $50,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience).
