Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new business for bathroom, kitchen, and ADU remodel projects.
Assist in on-site consultations, proposals, estimations and scope of work
Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with our team, including our female general contractor, to ensure successful project execution.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in sales, ideally within the home improvement or remodeling industry.
Strong knowledge of bathroom, kitchen, and ADU remodeling processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with our team and our clients.
A passion for the home renovation industry and helping clients transform their spaces.
