I am an established TV writer/ Producer with a B.A. degree in English with a focus in creative writing from Loyola University Chicago. As a writer, I do countless drafts from pitching, to story documents to outlines and then to the final product which is the script. I have written on shows like: Law & Order: SVU, Chicago Justice, Power: Force, Rogue, Bull and most recently East New York.
A great college essay can make all the difference in helping your child get into the college they dream of attending. Figuring out what story is going to make them stand out over the other applicants is one of the biggest hurdles and then writing it, editing it, refining it, punching it up so that it shines is how your child rises from the pile.
My rate is 100 dollars an hour. The breakdown looks a little like this: At least two meetings. The first being the consultation. I meet with your child and the parent (if necessary) on Zoom. We discuss what the child is going to write about. Then they go off and write it. I read the draft, which counts as a second meeting, I make my notes. The third meeting, I go offer my notes and feedback. If a fourth read/ meeting is needed, I am available to do that.
I can also tutor writing for middle school and high school students essays, papers, etc.
