We are looking for a skilled Service and Parts Department person. We need someone who knows about all motorcycles, jet skis and has full parts knowledge. We need someone reliable, has great communication and is well qualified. Pay is depending on experience. You are the face and voice of the service department. Overseeing customer relations and technician productivity is the main job description.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
--Ordering parts/Returning parts
--Intaking customer units daily
--Communication with Techs for parts needed
--Using our DMS program to do all service writing needs
--Helping in all shop needs if you have nothing to do
--Writing up all service that comes through the shop
--Collecting payments for service
