Job Description
We’re seeking a Demand Generation Manager to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns. A critical part of this role is managing the marketing-to-sales funnel—including initial lead qualification—to drive a steady flow of high-quality leads to our sales team. Contractor compensation structure will be:
Per qualified lead
Percentage of MRR
Performance-based bonuses
Responsibilities:
• Develop and launch integrated demand generation campaigns (email, webinars, paid ads, etc.).
• Manage the full marketing funnel, including lead scoring and initial qualification.
• Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track leads and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to refine messaging and ensure smooth lead handoffs.
• Monitor key performance metrics and optimize programs based on insights and data.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new tech to enhance our demand gen efforts.
Requirements:
• 3+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or a similar role (preferably in B2B SaaS or tech).
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of lead qualification frameworks.
• Analytical mindset—comfortable reporting on campaign performance and ROI.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
