Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Assistant and Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing office operations, handling scheduling tasks, and supporting our driving school operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple phone lines efficiently, ensuring all inquiries and calls are addressed promptly.
Perform database entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for communication, reporting, and scheduling.
Conduct regular printing, scanning, and record-keeping duties to maintain organized files and documentation.
Provide logistical support in cases of driving school car breakdowns, including arranging for alternate vehicles to be delivered to instructors promptly.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of office experience in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in handling multiple phone lines.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must.
Demonstrated expertise in database entry and management.
Ability to perform printing, scanning, and meticulous record-keeping tasks.
Problem-solving skills to handle operational issues like vehicle breakdowns effectively.
