Position: Tax Case Manager Extraordinaire
As a Case Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and tax professionals throughout the tax resolution process. You will ensure that all cases run smoothly, helping clients navigate everything from documentation to follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Advocate: Manage your own caseload, offering personalized support to clients. Ensure they understand every step of the process and stay informed with regular updates via calls and emails.
Point of Contact: Act as the bridge between clients and Tax Professionals, ensuring smooth communication and progress towards IRS resolution.
Tax Investigation: Run IRS investigations to determine balances and request transcripts for clients.
Documentation & Records: Use our software to track, request, and obtain various forms and documents from clients to be submitted to Tax Professionals.
Customer Service: Communicate in a helpful, professional manner with a strong focus on customer service.
Daily Metrics: Meet daily goals and review client cases to ensure timely progress and resolution.
Qualifications:
Experience: 6 months-1 year of case management experience preferred; no experience? No problem! We value growth and will provide comprehensive training.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional education in accounting, finance, or taxation is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in tax preparation software, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to changes in tax laws and practices and improve case management processes.
