United Staffing Associates is looking for 3 Manufacturing Assembly/Production worker that meets the following qualifications and requirements:
Assembly/Production Worker- Bilingual with knowledge of assembly and production of high-performance tools and equipment- Client is looking for a candidate to grow, and contribute to a culture of trust and empowerment:
1. Work collaboratively in a team environment to assemble fabricated parts, components, or units on the production floor.
2. Operate tools and machinery (e.g., presses, cutting equipment, clamps) safely and effectively.
3. Trim, label, and package finished products for storage or shipment with care and precision.
4. Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment, reporting malfunctions or defective parts promptly.
5. Record operational, production, and labor data accurately to support team efficiency.
6. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by rotating through various tasks and processes as needed.
7. Handle raw materials, tools, and equipment confidently, and be willing to get hands-on with daily production needs.
8. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Will need to have the ability to lift up to 50lbs, stand, twist bend pull and good manual dexterity and flexibility
